Welcome to our Wine Enthusiast Club!

• In this club you will receive 4 bottles three times a year. Shipments are in April, August and December.
• This club gives you the freedom to customize you shipment to please your discerning palate!

Terms & Conditions

• Membership is FREE
• You agree to receive 3 shipments annually a (1-year commitment)
• Your wine club membership automatically renews after your first year. 
• Your Wine Enthusiast Club is customizable. Customizations need to be completed 10 days prior to wine club processing
• Your credit card on file will automatically be charged for your wine club selections along with applicable shipping and sales tax. Cost of your shipments depends on your personal wine club selections and delivery method.  
• Cancellation must be in writing at least 30 days prior to your automatic renewal. Send cancellation request to Colleen@DorcichFV.com. Cancellation prior to your 1-year commitment fulfillment is subject to a $75 early cancellation fee
• Dorcich Family Vineyards reserves the right to modify pricing, shipments per year, privileges or terminate the terms of the wine club
• Benefits are not transferable

Pick Up & Shipment Information

• Wine club allocations not picked up within 60 days of release will be automatically shipped to the address on file. In such instance, applicable shipping costs will be charged to the card on file. 
• Wine shipments are void where prohibited and taxes will be applied following the member’s local state laws
• Orders must be signed for by an adult who is 21 years of age or older, and cannot be left unsigned at residence or shipped to a post office box (we suggest shipping to a business address)
• Address changes or package delay requests must be given at least 10 days prior to ship date
• Dorcich Family Vineyards is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected, returned, or reshipped wines

Notifications & Communication

• Dorcich Family Vineyards main form of communication with members is through email. Your information is confidential We do not sell, lease, or rent customer information
• It is the member’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to account information
• Notification of shipments will be sent at least 2 weeks prior to charging the card on file
