Vineyard Notes
These grapes are sourced from the Vidovich Vineyard on Montebello Road in the Santa Cruz Mountain AVA. 2450’ in elevation with limestone soils perfect growing conditions for premium structured mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaker Notes
Hand picked October 2, 2019 and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This wine was aged in 40% new French oak barrels for 2.5 years and then bottled in June of 2022.

Grilled sausages, pork, salty and rich dishes which would lend a great contrast to the tannins and fruit profile found on this wine.
