Aromas of pineapple, cantaloupe, and lime zest. This wine is very zesty and aromatic on the nose. On the palate this wine has tropical flavors of pineapple, and lime. It's very fresh and vibrant with a long finish.

Sauvignon Blanc sourced from vineyards in the Santa Clara AVA located in the Central Coast.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed on a gentle cycle. The juice was allowed to undergo a cold settling for several days then racked off lees. Cool fermentation lasted 19 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then allowed to age in stainless steel for four months prior to bottling.
Food Pairing Notes
Perfect warm weather wine, great as an aperitif to start a meal. It can be paired with a wide range of foods such as salads, ceviche, raw oysters and a range of seafood.
